By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” when registering, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms (Article 9 of the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
1. Controller

2. What data and why
- Account: email address, password (kept only as a hash), language, the times of registration, address confirmation and sign-ins — to create the account, sign in, restore access and send letters about it.
- Premium and payments: plan, Premium term, order numbers, amounts and statuses — to conclude and perform the contract under the offer and answer payment questions.
- Computers: an anonymised computer identifier, its name, app version, time zone, IP address and request times, daily time on top — to count free minutes, the plan's computer limit and the list of computers in your account.
- Security: IP address and request times, sign-in, password change and payment events — to protect the account from hacking and abuse.
- Support: the text of tickets and attached images — to answer them.
The controller does not receive the videos you watch, your searches, your Google or YouTube account data or bank card details.
3. Actions and recipients
The consent covers automated processing: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.
The data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. To the extent the purposes need, it may be passed to hosting and mail providers processing it on the controller's behalf; to Robokassa — the email, order description and amount for the payment and receipt; to authorities on a lawful request. Personal data is never sold nor passed to ad networks.

4. Term and withdrawal
The consent lasts while the account exists or until withdrawn. Withdraw it by deleting the account in your account settings (Security) or by writing to support@desktubo.com from the account's address. After withdrawal the data is deleted within 30 days, except what the controller must keep by law (such as payment records). Without processing the data, the account and Premium cannot work.
